What the service is
TruSpace produces furnished 3D visualisations from floor plans you supply, and hosts them at links you can share.
What it is not
The output is a sales visualisation. It is not a construction drawing, a survey, or a compliance document, and it is not RERA or Vaastu checked. Our reading of a plan is close but not guaranteed exact. Check dimensions against your own drawings before you publish anything to buyers.
Your plans stay yours
You keep every right you already hold in the plans and project material you send us. You give us permission to process that material in order to produce and host the homes you asked for.
What you are responsible for
That you are allowed to send us the plans, and that anything you publish alongside a viewer link is accurate. Marketing claims about a project are yours, not ours.
Availability and liability
We keep the viewer up but we do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question.
