About

Flats sell before they exist. Buyers still can't read a plan.

In most Indian projects the flat is sold long before it is built. What the buyer gets to look at is a line drawing on a brochure, and almost nobody outside the industry can turn that into a room in their head.

The usual fix is a visualisation studio. That works, and it costs money for every unit type, and it takes days you often do not have during a launch. Most builders end up rendering two layouts and hoping the rest sell on the strength of a floor plan.

TruSpace reads the plan you already have, furnishes it to the same clearance and circulation rules a designer works to, and hands back a link. The buyer opens it on the phone in their hand. Brokers forward the same link. Nothing gets installed.

We are early. There are no client logos on this page because there is no client list worth showing yet, and we would rather say that than borrow someone else's.
