For brokers
Send a home, not a PDF.
Last checked
A channel partner can forward a TruSpace link on WhatsApp the same way they forward a floor plan PDF. The buyer taps it and is inside a furnished 3D version of that flat, in their phone browser, with no app and no login. The builder makes the home once per unit type; every broker on the project sends the same link.
Why a floor plan PDF stalls the conversation
Most buyers cannot read a floor plan. They zoom in, see lines and numbers, and reply with questions a broker cannot answer from the drawing: will a king bed fit, where does the TV go, is the second bedroom really a bedroom. Often they stop replying.
What the buyer sees
- The whole flat furnished, from above, with the roof off.
- Any room from any angle, by dragging with a finger.
- The flat at night with the lights on, and the view from the balcony.
- A walk at eye level (walls and furniture stop you, and stairs can be climbed).
- Furniture they can move, swap or remove, and send back as their own link.
How brokers use it
- First message: the link instead of, or next to, the PDF.
- Calls with remote buyers: both open the link and look at the same room while talking.
- Families deciding together: one link forwarded to parents or a spouse abroad.
- The buyer's own layout: when a buyer rearranges the furniture and sends it back, you see what they want.
What it does not replace
A site visit, and the builder's own documents. The 3D home is a sales visualisation made from the plan; the furniture shows scale, not what is included. Dimensions and specifications come from the builder.
How to get links for your projects
The builder (or the builder's sales team) sends the unit type floor plans to TruSpace and gets one link per unit type to share with every channel partner. If you are a broker who wants this for a project you sell, show the builder the demo home below.
