What we collect
The floor plans and project details you send us, and the contact details you use to send them. This website sets no cookies. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records which pages are viewed, the referring site, and the visitor's country and device type, without cookies and without identifying you. We do not ask a buyer to create an account or hand over an email to look at a home.
What we do with it
We use your plans to produce the 3D homes you asked for, and your contact details to reply to you. We do not sell either. We do not use one builder's plans to serve another builder.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contract. Anyone you send a viewer link to can open that link, so treat it the way you would treat a brochure.
How long we keep it
Plans and generated homes stay while your project is live with us. Ask us to delete them and we will, along with the links that point at them.
On your own device
If you rearrange the sample home, the viewer keeps that arrangement in your browser's local storage so it survives a reload. It stays on your device and reaches us only if you send us the link. The viewer's Reset button, or clearing this site's data in your browser, removes it.
Your choices
Write to truspace3d@gmail.com to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. To raise a complaint about how we handle your data, write to our grievance contact, Aditya Vataliya, at the same address.
