What comes back: one real 2BHK.
Rather than describe the output, here is one. This is the demo home, and it is the same artefact a builder gets: a link, opening in a browser, with nothing installed.
What you are looking at
A 2BHK read from a floor plan — walls, doors, windows and labelled rooms extracted from the drawing, scaled from the carpet area printed on it, then built and furnished.
Things worth trying in the first thirty seconds:
- Take the roof off and look down. This is the view that makes a plan click for someone who cannot read plans.
- Go to night mode. The lamps come on. Evening is when people imagine living somewhere.
- Walk in. Eye level, room to room. Walls stop you — furniture does not, and stairs cannot be climbed yet.
- Move something. Click a piece, drag it, turn it, swap it for something else from the catalogue. Then share your version as a link.
- Strip it bare. Hide all furniture and see the empty shell, which is what a buyer with their own furniture actually wants.
The details most people miss
- The kitchen counter is one continuous run, not separate boxes pushed together, with the sink and the hob placed to a work triangle.
- The windows are dressed. Curtains degrade sensibly — floor-length where there is room, sill or café length where there is not, a blind in the reveal when nothing else fits.
- The doors stand open in their frames, at an angle, the way doors in a home actually sit.
- The furniture is not a repeating kit. Pieces vary between rooms so the home does not have the tell-tale look of the same three models copy-pasted.
About the furniture
It shows scale and how the space works — not the furniture a buyer would receive. The pieces are real scanned models, placed to NKBA, ADA and ASID clearances. If your project includes fitted interiors, the home can be styled to match what you are actually delivering.
Honest notes about this particular home
- It is a single-storey 2BHK. Multi-storey homes, stairs and roofs are supported; this plan simply does not have them.
- The walkthrough has limits, stated above, and they are real.
- Curved walls are not supported anywhere in the product — walls are built as straight runs.
